1. Compliance with laws and regulations

In regard to obtaining personal information, the Company will do so in a lawful and appropriate way, clarify the purpose of use, and collect personal information only to the degree necessary for achieving the said purpose of use. Also, personal information will not be used outside the scope of the purpose of use. The Company's purpose of use of personal information shall be defined as follows.

- (9) To manage social insurance and other administrative work and benefits for the family members of our executives, employees, etc.
- (10) To provide other services necessary for the business activities of the Company and its group companies to parties related to the Company.
In cases where the information is used for purposes other than those listed above, the Company shall inform or publicly announce said purpose of use.(However, this does not apply in cases in which the purpose of use is self-evident upon the circumstances of acquisition or in other cases in which notification and public announcement of the purpose of use are not required by law.)
3. Prohibition of use for other purposes
The Company will not use personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use consented by the individual to whom the information pertains (use of personal information for other than the intended purpose).
In order to strictly adhere to these policies, the Company will continuously check how personal information is handled within the Company on a regular basis and through internal audits.
4. Prevention and rectification of leakage, loss, or damage of personal information
We have established in-house regulations for the handling of personal information, and the manager in charge of each department shall be responsible for the proper management of personal information, starting from its acquisition to its disposal.
Additionally, we will take security control measures, such as the installation of access control systems at our offices, the implementation of countermeasures against unauthorized access and viruses in our computer systems, and we will thoroughly supervise our employees and contractors for the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
If any non-conformity, complaint, or urgent situation is discovered by an external organization or through internal inspection, we will promptly take corrective and preventive measures to prevent the recurrence of such a situation.
5. Restrictions on provision to third parties
The Company shall not disclose personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual to whom the information pertains to unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as when the permission of the individual has been obtained, when required by law, or when deemed necessary to protect the rights and interests of a person, such as life or property.
6. Disclosure and correction of personal information
If the person to whom personal information pertains to requests disclosure, correction, or discontinuation of use of his/her personal information, the Company shall promptly respond to such request as soon as reasonably possible after confirming the identity of said person.
For this purpose, the Company has established a Personal Information Protection Management Office to respond to inquiries and consultation requests from the person to whom the information pertains to.
7. Continuous improvement
The Company shall continuously review and improve the details of its personal information protection management system to ensure the proper management and protection of personal information.
